Private Pilates sessions are ideal for injury rehabilitation or as a chance to work on your individual skills with a personalised program. These sessions are specifically tailored for your goals and needs. We will always start with an Initial Consultation where we take you through an assessment program and discuss your personal goals. A few of the things we can work on include; whole body conditioning, sport specific training, pelvic floor conditions, professional development, fibromyalgia, spinal pathologies and injury prevention.
